Sometimes when you cut open a fig it looks a little bit dry and disappointing looking.This one was a pleasant surprise,it looked juicy and had all the rich colours....it tasted brilliant too. : )
Another lovely fig painting. Very nice brush work. The fig looks good enough to eat. Reminds me of the fig tree we had when I was a child and my brother and I would climb to the top on the dusty limbs amid trails of ants and sit up there and eat warm ripe figs. Yum!
You can start a series on Figs! You are so good at bring them live! My thoughts went back to the fig tree we had in our garden long long ago that gave us so many baskets of the fruit!
