I did'nt have time to paint so I thought i would post a photo of a cake I made for a friend a while ago.I had intended to take up cake making but I found it too hard to carry on together with the catering that we already do. I spent so much money on all the tins and equipment but maybe one day.....
You seem to be a specialist with this one! Beautiful icing! How come you decided on a blue one? It is a rare one and looks nice.
ReplyDeleteI used turquoise and blue and did'nt blend it all so it looked kind of mystical and she loves horses .At the time I thought I could earn some money and satisfy my creative needs as well but physically I could'nt keep up and then I read a book called The Artists Way.I also went to the workshop as well and that made me realise that cake making was only a substitute for painting.Around that time I also saw Jack Vettriano and then I discovered all the amazing daily painters.The rest is history as they say. : ))
