Painting roses is hard enough, painting them close up is a mission. It took a few attempts before I was reasonably happy. I think because they are such a challenge, I can see myself painting roses until I'm very old.  :  )

    Come on Azra, your roses are always spectacular and you seem to know every nook and corner of a rose painting, this is beautiful!

    Yes, I don't really know where to start with roses - all those gradations of tones. You're inspiring me to at least start and have a go, Azra.
