Strawberries on Pink

I loved painting these strawberries and  fabric background .I used my camera to find a view I liked ,its much easier than a viewfinder.

    Azra I would say you nailed it this time.It is so beautiful.The strawberries look so juicy and the pink color of the plate reflecting in the strawberries are absolutely perfect.

    thanks for your comment on my painting at dpw. I've never used my camera as a viewfinder but I'm noticing more and more people doing that at workshops. I need to give it a try because I have issues with viewfinders. What I find is not what I paint. Your camera certainly worked for you-nice composition!

    Its my pleasure Chris and thanks for your comment too.Yes, I only realised when I was looking through the photos I had taken that as a viewfinder its perfect.Its amazing how by painting regularly you find your learning speeding up.

    Azra, this composition is so good, the top view is a tough one to deal always! The pink plate against the printed cloth is a nice contrast and yes, a camera is such a help:-)
