Well my wish came true.My lovely friend Ann very kindly gave me some forsythia from her garden .Its such a beautiful flowering plant and its one of the first signs that spring is on its way.The last time I painted forsythia was when I was at school.My friend and classmate Katherine and I used to go into the fields surrounding the school and paint.Mostly we ended up doing more talking than painting ,but our teacher never used to mind too much! Ahh ....happy days.

ReplyDeleteWhat an inspiration! Really beautiful, especially as there was the difficulty of the glass vase. Forsythia is a very realistic tone. Bravo!
