I have realised its harder to let go of the real and recognisable than I thought it would be. I ran out of daylight so a better photo tomorrow, all being well.
Abstract is HARD, something about painting a feeling rather than a thing? I love the looseness and freedom in this, though, Azra, two of my own goals. I also like nothing more than getting to peek into other artists' working ways. Is that greaseproof paper in the biscuit tin as a palette? Great idea if so. Caroline
Thanks Caroline! Its actually a polystyrene disposable plate which I cut into shape to fit the tin, when I finish I can put the lid on it. Keeps the smell at bay and keeps the paint wet for longer too. Could you email me please on azraiqbal2000@hotmail.com, I like to keep in touch with all my artist friends on blogger from time to time but some emails won't come up on the comment. Thanks.x
Looking great already!
