Its funny how four years ago I actually felt uncomfortable around cats and was afraid of getting scratched. My daughter brought home a rescued kitten, our Tibby and at first I felt very put out, but slowly she grew on me and then our second kitten Pisho was rescued too. My heart broke over losing Pisho and there isn't a day when I don't think of her, there are reminders of her all over the house and garden. She was a very vocal cat and answered me every time I spoke to her, she made a lot of sense. She has a place in my heart, always.
This is a random painting of a kitten from a photo.

They do grow on you don't they , when we lose our pets it is always heartbreaking , but luckily they stay within us , and we 'see' them even if they are no longer there. This little kitten is just the sweetest thing :-))
ReplyDeleteAnd what Jane said was so true! so sweet.
ReplyDeleteSuch a sweet one, Azra.
ReplyDeleteLove my cats but it's so hard when you lose an animal. They are part of the family and each one has something different and special about them. Beautiful painting of Pisho. Forever remembered.
