Tony the Kitten Sketches


We have a new addition to the family called Tony.My daughter has always wanted a cat, but because i am allergic to cats I 've always said no.This time she said that this particular kitten did'nt have a home and it would be put down I had to give in, because I could'nt have that on my conscience.Anyway the whole family has fallen in love with Tony and so have I.At the moment I'm having a very mild reaction,just a few sneezes here and there ,but its worth it.
Tony apparently is a short-haired American black cat and when fully grown will look like a black panther.Wow! I can't wait.

    Hi Azra! Kids always know a way to have it done:) I love cats (and dogs and all other animals:) ) We have a white cat of our own and he brings a lot of fun in the house. When he was a kitten we though it was a female so we named her Daisy. It turned out to be a male .....:) We also have a dog and a parrot. If we have no money anymore they can eat each other :)
    I like your sketches very much and hope to see a lot more of them!!!!!

    Thankyou so much Ladies!! I'm finding it hard to concentrate though because he is so fascinating to look at.Most of the time all you can see are his eyes which makes him even more cute. : )

    Tony is adorable. Wonderful sketches you've drawn. I had a black cat just like him named Onyx and he did look like a panther. He would follow me around outside and anytime I bent over in the garden he would jump on my back! haha he was a real panther ;) but a sweetheart and I miss him. You are tenderhearted to take him in with your allergies. I hope they never are worse than what you've got.

    congrats on your new family member. We've had lots of cats-all different colors and sizes. Should be a fun model to draw-I love drawing our dog. I've never tried "cartridge paper" but have heard it mentioned in blogs before.
