Long Hot Summer

The first lot of roses this year have been munched up by greenfly, the second time around this is the first bud that has survived..... until I picked it.  :  )

    Great flowers and glass - once again! I really like these recycled screw-top jars you use - the flowers elevate them, and they anchor the flowers so the effect is casual and not too fancy. Love it!

    I can "see" the water in the jar, so perfectly done, that single rose is simple tranquility !
